This morning after the rain shower passed two local anglers had caught and released about 15 short fluke and harvested the three keepers that were landed. If you are nervous about making the run for Drum or Bass, try staying in the back bays and drifting for dinner. All of the fish were caught on tap dancer rigs with minnows as bait. Keep your drifts slow! There was a decent sized bluefish and a 4 foot shark caught by the two gentlemen this morning, so be ready for a mixed bag!
18 fluke, 3 keepers. 1 keeper bluefish. 1 shark 4'. Fish bit steady throughout the entire outgoing tide this morning.
