Launched from Atl Highlands this morning with my Buddies Billy the Knife, AKA Backdor Billy and ... Jimmy the River Rat, who had the balls to call out sick not like some others......
We had a 3 man limit by 11am..... with 15 of the 24 fish going over 6#'s... 10 of those over 7#'s..... including a 30" 10lber, 2 at 9#, and 2 at 8#'s...... unreal amount of meat in a short period of time....
Bait was of coarse BIG and LIVE....and spots were Deep and between 2 bouys on both sides of the lines...... not hard to figure out.....
Billy had the 10# fish and LOST one bigger, I am saying at least 11#'s, trying to swing it when Rat had the net in one hand and a bluefish hit his rod in his other hand.....
Highlight was netting Billys 9 # fish and then getting Rats personal best at 8+#'s in the net at the same time...... AWESOME DAY......
