Some went out yesterday afternoon. For those who did they had a few short stripers and a keeper here and there. Most action is from Pt. Pleasant to LBI. Best bet is bloodworms of clams. Not hear much from the boaters either.
Very few reports from the bays lately. It could be because of the weather. Talked to one charter capt. and he said that there are no signs of stripers in all the hot spots in Great Bay. He will be out again this weekend looking for stripers. The bay side of LBI is producing some catches of short stripers. Barnegat Bay hot spots is producing catches of winter flounder and some stripers. Not hear much from the Graveling Point/Pebble Beach area. Raritan Bay is still slow because of the water temps because of the rain.
