    Fish got in the way!

Planned on possibly pulling the boats today but parker 21, Lil T, and myself decided to run north and see what we could find. Well we found plenty of bass. Most of the afternoon we had constent doubles and tripples. The down side was we couldn't find anything over 28" The guys on the beach looked like they had a fair share of bass as well as there was hundreds of yards of beach covered with bunkers and birds. No sight of herring though.

Wish I could go tomorrow but gotta build more rods before christmas

Good report. How far north did you go? A friend of mine lives up around LBI and has been telling me there have been Baas under birds pretty consistantly for the last 2 weeks. Glad to see you still at it. Unfortunitly FISH TALE is on blocks for the winter.

We were at LBI as well. Tons of birds and fish. Unfortunately LT and parker21 are putting away the boats too, but LT will not be winterizing yet so we can still trailer it, thanks LT.

You should of went on Sunday! We tried to leave early, but couldn't see a thing. Ended up leaving later and running out by myself, because parker21 went surfing. Found the bass and herring about 7 miles south of were they were on Thursday! Non-stop action for 2 1/2 hours! Biggest fish was 18#, couple 15#, and lots of 6-10# ers.
