Small stripers are being caught in the back bay by the power plant and in the mouth of the rivers. Have not heard of any keepers so far. Most of the fish are caughton artificials on a heavy jig. you need the heavy jig to get down to the bottom. Work the jig slowly as the water is still very cold and the fish are sluggish. Some perch are being caught in the rivers.
