IRM is too far north in my opinion, too far of a ride @ 4am. If you're going to trailer down, go to OCMD. It is a lot closer to Poormans, Washington, and Norfolk Canyons. Wachapreague, VA is even better.

CORRECTION
ACTUALLY THE SEABASS CAN BE RETAINED INSIDE 3 MILES AND THERE ARE LOADS OF THEM AT THE OUTER WALL IN THE DELAWARE BAY AND THE WRECKS OUT FRONT SO GO AND KILL EM AND TELL THE GAME WARDENS TO STUFF IT IF YOU ARE NOT A COMMERCIAL, OR A CHARTER BOAT.......
