NICE FISH THOSE THINGS ARE BRUTES TO GET IN, FUNNY STORY I WAS FISHING A STRIPER TOURNY IN LBI ABOUT 7 YEARS BACK AND HOOKED UP INTO A MONSTER I DIDNT KNWO WHAT IT WAS UNTILL ABOUT AN HOUR LATER, WHEN I LANDED MY FIRST BLACK DRUM, AFTER BEING WEIGHED IT WAS 117 LBS WHICH WAS A STATE AND WORLD RECORD, HOWEVER IT DID NOT COUNT BECAUSE MY BEST FRIEND PICKED UP MY ROD AND HANDED IT TO ME. DIDNT GET THE RECORD BUT WAS STILL A THRILL TO CATCH THE BIGGEST BLACK DRUM EVER CAUGHT. IT WAS IN THE FISHERMAN AND ALL I WISH I HAD A PIC ILL LOOK TO SEE WHAT I CAN FIND.
