Fluke fishing is fast and furious. The keeper ratio has improved to abouth 12-1. Kyle Platt of Mays Landing landed a 5 1/2 lb dormat in Rainbow Channel. Steve Ragan of Oceanview boated a 5.83 lb fluke in GE inlet on Gulp shrimp. 11 year old Kyle Ballard of EHT reeled in a 5 lb flounder on Dolphin Dock "killer Minnows". The back bay is still loaded with fluke. The hot spots seem to be Anchorage Point, Ship's Channel and in front of Kennedy Park.

Perch fishing has been great at the Beasley's Point bridge on bloodworm and shedder. Snapper blues can be found by most bridges.

Crabbing has been superb.

Freshwater: 8 yr old C J Brown of Linwood is on fire. He has caught and release a 2 lb pickerel and a 3 lb largemouth bass at Bargaintown Lake.
