Anyone know of any action in the upper Delaware Bay yet? Looking to get the boat wet on Monday 3/30. Thank you.

Thanks Tim. I'm prepared to travel an hour or so from Newark, DE so I would say Bowers Beach would be the furthest South. Furthest North is the C&D Canal. <less than 20 minutes and I am in the water. Any news from either of these areas or inbetween?

A few guys have been catchin up towards th mouth of the river. Most of our fish are on a drop off outside a creek mouth on the outgoing tide.(warmer water). I'm just not that familiar with the othert side of the bay. Tim

Either side of the del. memorial bridge on the jersey side with blood worms or up in pennsville with blood worms. you should be able to get into some real nice fish right now.

simple fishfinder rig to a leader of about 3-4 feet tied to a hook not sure of the size but not to big and not to small like a8/0 should be fine. the a bloodworm. thats it. just cast her out and wait, calm days are the best. From pennsvile down I have seen mostly bloodworms and some have used fresh herring and both produce.
