Thanks for the update Phesh. The forecast, unfortunately, isn't looking very promising. There is a small craft advisory through monday evening. Do you know how they are collecting the fee at Del. City ramp.

Well we ended up braving the weather but have nothing to show for it accept sore backs. Marked a ton of fish from the Memorial Bridge to Deemers Beach but not a single bump or knock down. I am chalking it up to not having the proper equipment though. All of my trolling equipment and poppers were left at the house for some reason. Most of the fish were up in the water column between 10 and 20 feet. Figures, all the circle hook rigs I had were for bottom fishing. The water temp was around 46 all day. The ride up the river was fine as we were heading with the wind. The ride back to Delaware City was a different story with a stiff headwind/sea that was bucking the tide. All in all it was a day out of the office and you know what they say about a bad day fishing being better than a good day at work. Thanks for everyone's input and help.
No fee at the Delaware City ramp either. Sign said boat must have a valid Delaware registration though.
Get back to work you...Hey who knows how long it will take DNREC to finish it up.
True, true...
