Sounds like the word is open season all year 19 1/2" and 4 per man. This ought to be good year I think I have maybe caught a dozen 20" in my life.

The big ones are out there! Del and Va's bigger fish regs are ok by me!



I won't be fishing in Del anytime soon with a $350.00 fee for out of state charter boats. Va. has a nice reciprocal agreement with Md. though!

I know man DE went crazy this year. I can't wait to fish the old grounds this year next to an OC boat that is loadin up while we are tossin them back! I am afraid though that any boat inside the eez and off the de coast had better keep a sharp eye out. They are gonna be burning anyone without the stupid sticker that doesn't stay on the hull for more than a week.

Just got a license and sticker. They said dont put the sticker on they wll be sending new ones.

I try and hold to 18" for anything! That's just my high standards. My total permits/ lisc this year is going to total around $600.50 and that's for a part time cc charter operation add another $350.00 for Del and wow!But you got to have the credentials if you've got the meat on board! Maybe you could come down to OCMD and jump on with me some time. I don't always get them that big but I always try to!
