Thanks everyone for the congrats but without the awesome teamwork of Capt. Keith Greenberg and Heath Brown I wouldn't be able to even write this report.
BTW, for those of you wondering what the conditions were like out there yesterday, our run out was slick calm (I slept like a baby ), and once we got to the fishing grounds we wound up in the 3-5 chop that they were calling for. Probably around 9 conditions just got better and better for the day, clear skies and blue water!!!! Oh yeah, and it was HOT!!!!
I've just got done going thru the pics and I'll post up a few for everyone to enjoy.
OK, I can't even begin to tell you whose fish is whose in these pics!!!! Gotta tell you thought that there were probably over 1000 pics taken, I had about 500 on my camera and Sandy also had her camera on the boat, if we didn't have double headers going we were both clicking away! Like I said before this was a very memorable day!
Audrey was on the rod and we all just happened to look @ the weed line and said "hmm what is that swimming @ us", well it was a turtle! Came swimming @ the boat while she was fighting her fish! Swam right towards the transom and dove under just as it got to the back, too cool.
More whiteys!! We did have a couple fish mixed that would have really been great for the MA500.
Gotta say though that every white came up extremely aggressive and none of us had easy releases. I know we have alot of seasoned billfishermen here on SF.Com but for me to see these fish coming up in twos and threes hitting our spread I was amazed!!!!
