My friend George Baker who lives up the creek from me, picked me up at my dock yesterday around 0630 hrs. He was having some company over for a fish fry and oyster roast and wanted to catch some Tautog. He raises oysters through aquaculture and has over 300,000 so he is not hurting for shellfish. We went out in the Chesapeake Bay to a local hang and managed to catch some nice Tog up to 21 inches. I almost got another sheepshead citation with one that did not quite make 10 lbs. We were using live fiddlers for bait. A productive trip with a good friend! Here are a couple of pictures.
