Going to update you quickly so we can catch up on some recent pictures as well.

GOOD fishing today!!

Had a surprise visit from Don Kamienski today doing some background research on False Albacore fishing. Well, he came to the right place!!

With CAMP **** Robin regular Justin from Pennington aboard and a handful of new and old friends we were off to the fishing grounds.

After putting the first FOUR BLUES in the boat before some even dropped once, Justin looked at me with pleading eyes. You see, Justin got to the boat early today and NETTED his own spearing off the bow. Giving in to his begging, we tested the waters with a handful of spearing....ZIP came the albies and OUT came the small jigs. Don hooked into one and the chase was on!

Meanwhile we continued to boat bluefish after bluefish.

Deciding bait was the way to go, Don and Justin re-rigged and down went the the baited hooks. ZOOM we had a double header!! And so the day went with a few albies being caught and EVERYONE catching blues.

BAIT or JIG today....probably a push.
