Clean Sweep report 11/8

Timmy had a charter out yesterday and tried the rips in the morning. To no advail! They had rough conditions with wind against the tide, so they headed off to the Bay to give chunking a shot. Well it layed down nicely for them & they finished the day with 7 nice fish up to 25 lbs. Nice job Bob! Bob's wife Dawn, bbunker and a couple more of Bob's friends.

Hey Paul, forgot to mention that Bob & Dawn are newlyweds. They were just married 2nd week of Oct. She wants to add this pic to their wedding album.

All I can say is,"I was on da boat but, guess I'm WAY out of practice"! With Capt. Tim's blessing, I went up to the bow to do some bucktailin. Felt good to be back out in the rips jiggin. After searching for some cleaner water Tim put us on a real nice piece. I made my cast right into the rip line & Wammo, I'm hooked up! After setting up on the fish, "it spit the jig! I still had enough time to make another cast & had another hit,"I MISSED IT"! Never had another hit on the jig! Oh well, I had 2 shots & blew them both!

Let me tell ya, Timmy worked his ass off to find fish! We worked "QUITE A BIT OF WATER YESTERDAY", following the tide up into the bay.

The afternoon chunk bite was a beautiful thing. He setup on the start of the Ebb & within 10 min the bite started. We finished up the day with 7 NICE fish!

AS ALWAYS, IT WAS A PLEASURE fishing with Timmy, KRUCKER & Dawn. Great crew, beautiful day on the water!

I must mention, my highpoint for the day was at the cuttin table! I can still slice & dice with the best of them.

bill was a trooper yesterday he even went as far as to try and use his own chunkin rod n reel but as soon as he moved to the back of the boat no more hits...... i dunno was like a switch was turned off

Krucker, At least I didn't have to tangle with a doggie! That would have been ALL I NEEDED! Think I'd a gone POSTAL! Dude that picture of you & Dawn is PRICELESS! You ARE INDEED A LUCKY MAN!
