Fishing Report

It's Sunday, 11/28/10. Here are a few LINES about this week's catch.

Sunday, 11/21, Ren Nociti from Barnegat Light, NJ nailed a 6.2-lb. blackfish and won the pool.

Monday, 11/22, we did not sail.

Tuesday, 11/23, it was Harry Cubberley of Medford, NJ taking the crown with his 5.7-lb. tautog.

Wednesday, 11/24, we did not sail.

Thursday, 11/25, Paul (The Equalizer) Bykow, Barnegat, NJ, pinned down a 4.6-lb. blackfish and won the pool.

Friday, 11/26, we did not sail in the AM. However, we got out for our "Jigging for Stripers" trip in the afternoon (2:30 PM until dark). A fair amount of stripers mixed in with some bluefish were caught.

Saturday, 11/27, (in some REAL sloppy seas) Bob Pianetti from Manahawkin, NJ played his cards right and beat all with his 3-lb. tog.

Our schedule will be changing this week. We will now sail Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. One six-hour trip from 8 AM until 2 PM for blackfish. Also on Friday and Saturday afternoons we will still be "Jigging for Stripers" from 2:30 PM until dark. Bring your striper gear on the morning trips as we will stop on bird play on the way in. Ciao.
