OK guys I come down to wildwood about 3 times a year . I wan tto catch a big striper. (30 lbs +) When is my best chance to do this? Is it fall winter or spring?I think i am going to get 2 other guys to come down for a long weekend and do a boat trip one day and surf and shore fish the others.Just would like to know the best time to make a run for a big one.

They should start to run in late Oct and depending on the weather they can run all the way through the winter. Nov. chunking in the Del. bay would be your best bet to hook into a 30+
