Hi !!

BIG DAY SATURDAY !! The Big Jamaica fished yesterday and caught
LOTS OF COD !! Over 300 fish, many keepers and fish up to
35 pounds !! guys using twister tails of chartreuse and hot pink
are really doing well, also Gulp! in the same colors !!

RECORD LING !! Yes- "Lingzilla" is being submitted as a N.J and
I.G.F.A world record ! The monster ling was caught last week on the Jamaica II, By Billy Watson of Lansdale, PA. It weighed in at a
whopping 12 pounds, 13 ounces on the Brielle Tackle Official Scales.

Billy caught the huge red hake (which has already been identified by the state biologist) on a Daiwa Saltist reel and St.Croix rod !!
Awesome !!
Billy also caught 20 other ling that trip!!

SURF: The guys are at the inlet trying for herring, and we've got
fresh clams, sandworms and bloodworms for anyone ready to wet a line in the surf. Guys are there now, and were already trying this weekend because of the nice weather.
....just got some awesome new custom plugs- Gene Amato stopped by with some of his "Fish-On" plugs-they're hot !! Also, I got some cool RP Customs from Asbury Park !!


Freshness: Forge Pond in brick is just starting to yield some
white perch
on live bait- also, Lake Shenandoah in Lakewood has already had some pickerel action, on bait and lures.... we've got live killies, meals , crawlers, etc. for all those freshwater guys....licenses and trout stamps, too.
