The weather was a little bit of a problem but the fish were here all week with the offshore action being hot to the grab bag of fish showing up in the back bays.

The “Bonnie Lee” was out in the Canyons and reported 6 Yellow fins and 15 Dolphin with Jason Cummings weighing in a 96 lb Yellow Fin and a 9.5 lb Dolphin, they did a combination of chunking and trolling.

Ron Kovler on the “Next Case” did a overnight trip in the Spencer and had 7 Yellow Fin and released 2 White Marlin.

On Saturday Mike Fox weighed in a 11.62 lb Bluefish he trolled up at the Stone Beds.

On Sunday Rusty Cain had 8 Flounder weighing in one at 3.84lb 22” he was using the Berkley Shrimp.

Over the weekend the Croakers returned out front but had moved into 20’ of water and there have been spike weakfish out front from Ocean City to Atlantic City. In the back bays of Somers Point the Flounder continue to hang around and the Weakfish and Croakers were being picked both Saturday and unday in front of Pier 4, Shedder Crabs seemed to work best.
