BOTTOM FISHING REPORT 7/23 & 7/26

7/23/05 Saturday, Started just a couple hundred yards off the beach fishing for the Weakfish. There was a lot of action but all the fish were small. Soooo we did not hang there long. Headed out to some of the humps and lumps that have been holding Flounder between 2 and 5 miles off the beach. The fluke action was prety good. We caught a lot of fish that were very close to the mark but just a little short. We kept 5 up to around 19"

7/26/05 Tuesday, The Sw blow yesterday scattered the Weakfish. Looked up close to the beach and out in deeper water and could not find them. So Flukin was the order of the day. The action was very good we must have caught 30+ Flounder and again we put back fish that were very close to the 16 1/2" mark but were just short. We did put 6 in the fish box up to 18 1/2" and one Seabass

John yes the boat is in the slip. She has been running great. And it has been catching fish too
