Bluewater Sportfishing/ Risky Business limit of stripers today in cape may
wow!! what a day, first and foremost I had a great bunch of guys except the two jerks that didnt show without a call or anything.
aside from that little distraction we left and were greeted by a slick calm bay and things were looking good. Got to where I wanted to go but didnt mark a thing so went on the hunt. After a little looking around I found a few marks I liked and dropped the anchor. it was slack tide and we got a couple of fish but nothing really came in force so I waited it out till the current started to roll and still nothing. After a bit of waiting and waiting I made a move and still didnt mark anything so I just drove around looking. Finally I marked some bait and fish, dropped the hook and we started to catch, nice fish too. it came on slow then went crazy for a bit then died off. we caught our limit for 5 people and were throwing back keeper fish for the rest of the tide. The keeper to throwback ratio was like 3-1 for us today which was nice. The day was superb with flat seas and fish biting. well will see what tomorrow brings, I hope its just as good.
Clark and his crew were great people and it was a pleasure to fish with you guys.
Here is the crew with their stripers
