Bluewater Sportfishing report April 9th Keepers and pics
to see what ws going on after the three day blow. I got to where i wanted to be but didnt mark anything so I keept on going till I marked fish. I set the hook and put one rod out and set up the other three. By the time I had the second rod in the water the first one got a hit and then the second one got a hit. I got both fish in and thought this is going to be a crazy day..not! after those two fish I got a few more with 1 being a nice fat 30 incher. As the tide picked up steam the bite turned off with a fish here and there. I ended the day with around 15 fish and missed around 10. I made a few moves after the bite fell off and picked a few fish here and there. It seems the bay is loaded with grass and reeds so I think that had alot to do with the bite being a little slow today. As the bay cleans up it should go ballistic. thursday and friday should be great days to get out and fish.

Couldn't be a more perfect day to be out on the water. I hope I get to see some keepers when you get back.
