Black drum
Went Sunday evening to fisherman's island. Sat down in 18 foot of water and set the spread. Two rods with clam, two rods with crab. This is the second fish we caught. 48 and 1/2 inch Black drum. Ended up with 9 for the evening. This is the only pic that was taken. My dad was with me and he caught a 46 inch red drum and it hit a clam. I was surprised by that. Time to focus on cobia for a week or two.

Byrd, congrats on the drum. Sounds like a heck of an evening. I went drum fishing for the first time ever 3 fridays ago and landed a 65# on stone rocks just off Sharpe's Island Light. They put up a helluva good fight and taste pretty darn good too.
