2010 Bill's Sport Shop Annual Flea Market

Our annual flea market will be held on Sat., April 10, 2010 on Bill's Sport Shop/Coastal Plaza parking lot. More details will be forthcoming as the date gets closer. Manufacturers' Reps will be available to demonstrate their new products: Shimano, Aqua Clear, Maws Tails, Saltwater Fly Anglers of Delaware, Eagle Claw, DMS, The Fisherman Magazine, Star Rods, Coastal Fisherman and St. Croix. Several local charter captains will be taking reservations for upcoming trips. We will also begin accepting registration for Bill's Sport Shop 2010 Flounder Tournament.

2010 Fishing License

Avoid the rush and purchase your fishing license as early as possible. There will be far fewer agents this year. We're adding a second terminal to facilitate processing.

Casino Proposal

There is a proposal to build a casino at the north side of IRI. It would cover ground from the Coast Guard Station to the new bridge. Developer, Clinton Bunting, assures anglers there will still be access for fishing. He will be on WGMD, 92.7, with Dan Gaffney as host. We will send an alert as soon as we hear the time and date.
