NE Cod Specials Sail by 11:30PM
We will be running "Cod Specials" leaving 11:30PM. We will return approximately 6PM-7PM the following day. fishing every Saturday & Sunday through March. The fare is $155 and will be limited to 45 passengers.

2/22 report

Offshore Cod fishing was good over the weekend. We caught over 120 keeper cod up to 15LBS for a small group of anglers. There were also a good number of smaller cod and some ling and a pollock. Most of the cod were caught on bait.

The poll winnner was:
Bruce Bayne from Ardmore, PA with a 15LB Cod. Bruce also caught 8 keeper cod and some ling.

It looks like we will have some good codfishing on our upcoming trips. The water temperature is much colder this year that in the past. Many of the wrecks we have been fishing have more cod on them than in recent years. When we had these temperatures years ago we had good codfishing right through April.

There is still space available on the trips sailing this weekend.

The big Jamaica is scheduled to fish the offshore wrecks every Saturday, and Sunday through February and March. The trips will sail by 11:30PM the night before.
