4/1/09 UPDATED 11:13 AM Although the water temps are still chilly, this is the perfect day to see our first keeper of the year weighed in. No one fishing.

Yesterday's report: UPDATED 12:05 PM Absolutely gorgeous day today with a light northeast wind. Few guys out there and we are starting to see more and more people coming around the shop. Bass are being caught and the bay pretty regularly at night underneath the bridge and winter flounder is really starting to pick up during slack tide near the Mantoloking Bridge.
