OK here it is, NMFS has announced that we all will need to pay as of Jan 1, $15 for a federal registration. So I believe we all have to get behind a state license. Sure no one wants to pay for saltwater fishing but atleast we will get something out of it. Sure we can our checks to the feds so they pay off some of the debt or we could pay to nj fish and game and help fund the future of fishing.
