The ADAM BOMB III had an open boat group aboard for some sea bass fishing! With very little wind and tide, anchoring conditions were tough. We worked one piece of structure pretty hard for the five hour trip, and the guys did a good job of catching some nice sea bass! We boated a little over sixty bass, keeping forty nice fish for the dinner table!
In the evening, we had Greg Ramick, Bill, and Theo over to Slaughter's Beach to continue the drum bite that has been going on. The bite was a steady pick throughout the evening, and we had about five fish hooked up, boating three including this 80lb. bruiser! We also had a bunch of other bites, too!

Continuing our drum fishing, we had an open boat group over to the dark side for some more drummin'! The bite was a bit better tonight, and the guys hooked up nine drum, boating five to 25lbs. They had a couple bigger fish, with one that would have gone 40lbs. and another of probably 60lbs. or so come loose just short of the transom, and also had a number of other hits! The bite is definitely getting better, and should stay that way for a while now. There are some bigger fish showing up, too!
