has anyone been catching the rock and blues inside the Inlet? and what running tide is the best?...thanks flat

Hey flat, was down on weds, had to do some stuff , the snappers seem to be running thru on incoming tide, watch some guys work the rips by the coast guard station, didn't seem to be doing much. talk to a friend of mine, he has been hitting them on the incoming tide, right where massey's ditch comes into rehoboth bay.
