well the 1st trip of the year turned out to be successful..Left bahia marina at 630am Monday headin south after a beautiful ride stopped short at the sight of tunas busting the water lines were in about 930 or so ..had a nice blueshark by 1030am then went tight on a NICE mako at 1145 maybe 12....changed everything over went looking for a BFT after seeing them on the way was hard not to go searching....around 130pm the wwfb rod goes of screaming after a 45 min fight released a nice 130lb class mako on the troll ....water temp varied from 64 degrees as high as 67.7 degrees.....its only a matter of time and it will def be GAME ON for the summer...good luck to all an tight lines...
