1st NJ Striper weighed in at Absecon Bay Sportsman Center

March 1st, 2011, Opening day and it didn't take long to see the first striper of the year. Nick Nastasi brought this 18.2 pound whopper into the store about 10:30 this morning (3/1/2011) that he caught in the Waretown area before dawn this morning and claimed the prize. It got him a new Shimano 5000 Stratic that he will use to throw lures tonight in search of #2. (more pictures) . Hopefully I will get updates and more fish today. The weather is here...the fish is a' beauty
