Striped Bass Fishing

4/26 report
Striped bass fishing improved on Sunday. There were also a few blues mixed in. We fished south of the inlet and caught the bass on jigs. There were good readings of bass on the scope but they did not bite like you would expect with such large schools around.
The pool winner was:
Paul Sperko from East Windsor NJ with a 14LB striped bass
The big Jamaica is scheduled to sail Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week, weather permitting.
We sail at 7:30AM and return appx. 2:30

4/25 report
Fishing was tough Saturday. we coverd alot of miles and read plenty of bass but they did not want to bite. We caught fish almost every where we stopped but no amount of them. There were also a few blues mixed in. There is another good body of striped bass south of our inlet so we should have some good fishing this week closer to home.
We are scheduled to sail every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7:30AM
