Cod Specials



We will be fishing the 20 - 40 mile wrecks for Cod, leaving 4AM Friday Feb 11 and the weather looks great. It will be "open boat" this Friday. Just be down before 4AM.
We have also added a 20 - 40 Mile trip for Saturday 2/12 sailing 5AM - 5:30PM

The Jamaica did not sail last weekend but the Paramount was out this past week and and decent action with cod on the inshore wrecks.

100' Paramount Ling & Cod

The Paramount sailed on the Monday Marathon on February 7th with a light crowd. Ling fishing was slow but we ended up finding the keeper Cod. In addition to a number of small Cod we had around 30 keeper Cod up to 6 pounds.

Ken Dubman from Tinton Falls, NJ had 4 keeper Cod, Joe Papiez from Waretown, NJ won the pool with a 6lb. Cod and William Wu from Baltimore , MD had 4 keeper Cod.

Most trips are now catching mostly Ling and Cod and a few Blackfish mixed in as well.

Our Monday and Friday Marathons sail every Monday & Friday from 6:30am to 5:00 pm. Our Marathons offer a longer day, enabling the captain to hit more or further spots, whatever is needed and are catching Ling, Cod and a few Blackfish.

Our Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday trips will sail from 6:30am till 3:30pm and are catching Ling, Cod and a few Blackfish.

Bogan's Boating School
