Fished WW Crest at the end of the outgoing before sunset. Thought the ENE wind might help stir up a few bass. It ended up stirring up some of the worst grass I've ever seen. Couldn't retrieve my plug 5 feet without it being covered in grass and jellyfish. It was unfishable. Got the skunk.
