we have a problem with them on our place also. We see them often with the tracking collars on them.
one of the top things on my list, can't wait to see one in my living room, if I can find a space. I've seen lots, but no shots. Had a solid white one 15 yds for 20 mins but not shot. Someday if they don't protect them, one will come home with me.
in the highly protected (for red wolves) eastern NC corridoor
They look just like a Yote with the collar off!![]()
Again screwin with mother nature has back fired. First too few now they need to be weeded back out. I dealt with em in Montana at elevation while spending a night in a dinky cabin. heard a strange sound like snow tires on a wet highway but no big road for many many miles. Looked out side to see em surrounding my borrowed car that had a mule deer in the back. They didn't tear into the car but they sure kept me up all night with that howling crap.
i know mother nature personally and she says SHOOOOOT
I NEVER NEW N/C HAD A RED WOLF, I WILL CHECK IT OUT.
I HAVE HUNTED WOLVES AND THEY HAVE HUNTED ME, KILLED A FEW, BUT I NEVER HAVE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THE PACKS THAT RUN IN THE NORTH WOODS OF MN, THERE TALKING ABOUT A SEASON FOR THEM REAL SOON, WHAT A HUNT THAT WOULD BE, I BE THE FIRST ON LINE.
