Those birds rock! I got a chance last year to see a Golden eagle up close at a birds of prey seminar all the birds thet had where saved from some sort of injury. Some of them were hit by cars or shot, The Golden eagle they had was huge was least 5" taller than the bald eagle that they had, but still both of them were so impressive. I wonder if you could train a Golden to pluck Mahi out of the troll!!!

I have 2 Bald Eagles that are mating and nesting right across the field about 300 yds. out the window of the aquatic center where I work. It is truly an amazing thing to watch them each day. We have mate in our area of Utah each year.
