Wil's First GroundHog
Went to pattern Wil's 20 for next weekend. Spotted a couple GroundHogs nearby and set up behind a junk pile. Wil was a little disappointed that the GH went back in hole. No big deal I told him, be patient if he sees you when he comes back out, good to go. Had one come out, but was at a differnt den a good 70yds out. This one started to head our way until a buzzard flew over and freaked him out. After about 15 minutes one stuck his head out of the hole we where watching then it commited and Wil put the hammer on her. 43 yards with the Federal Flight Control #5 Turkey load. Guess the pattern was good enough.

Other side of River in Wicomico. I think we saw at least 4 different ones in this area. I guess the Water Tables being down the last few years has them doing pretty good. We are seeing them everywhere now.
