Wild Dogs, Big Buck.

On my way to the stand two wild dogs (one looked like a black and whie pitbull, the other looked like a yellow lab, rotwheiler mix) jumped out of the woods and started going crazy. knocked an arrow and if they would have taken another step the arrow would have been headed in their direction. we have had a problem with these dogs, last turkey season they ran my buddy up a tree. luckily this time i made lots of noise and let them know they did want apart of me. they ran back into the woods.

about thirty mins. later i hear them barking again right near my buddy's stand. well it turns out they chased a BIG buck right to him. he shot at the buck, hit it a little back but it was quartering away. the dogs came through and started chasing the buck again so he put an arrow through the black and white ones heart.

we trailed the buck for a while, lots of blood. my dad made me come back home because he was hunting with my sister.

my buddy is still tracking him. my dad is soing to help him look in the morning. pics to follow.

next time i go hunting i will be carrying a baeball bat, pepper spray, or maybe a handgun. these wild dogs are pretty dangerous.

shoot their ass or take the guts from that buck and fill them with antifreeze with a large hypodermic needle. It sounds cruel, but sometimes it's the only option and it works.

A "wild" dog is not like a wolf or any other truly wild animal.
they have no fear of humans.
Ig you can legally carry a handgun, do so. Shoot everyone you see.

You can't carry a handgun out there right now, only during firearm season if its a rifle county.

Careful there Jake. I'd lean toward just shooting them. Hell, I'd recommend it....even help!!!! Quick, easy, and necessary.

It'd be ashamed if someone's bird dog or retreiver got into that antifreeze. That antifreeze won't cull many.

I agree . Good Luck finding that buck he could go a long way being pushed around by dogs. Let us now how it turns out.

Damn CRAVERTOSU M4 in the last pic suppressed M16 in this one and didnt I see you playing with a mortar in another? You get to play with all the fun toys!!!! My last really fun one was a M109 Palladin but that was a long time ago. Stay safe over there, it looks like the dogs arent..
