I would like to take away the repeat button, they show the same thing and not the good part over and over, at every commercial, they back up and show it again, even if it's driving to the airport

Box at least you get hunting shows worth something there. We don't get diddly. Redfish or bass tournament stuff or a bunch of guys wearing columbia gear in a rented studio calling advertisers to find out whats biting and of course its their bait or tackle doing "all" the damage...![]()
As dfor hunting on sundays we have it. Thank goodness. If not on sundays without charters we'd have to sit at home and watch the Dolphins lose...![]()
In Jersey last summer I actually heard the subject of sunday hunting being opened. One proposal was for bow only. The states argument against is that its public land. When being hunted its not safe for hikers or horse or dog people to be out enjoying it too. They figured one day for the hunters and one for every one else was fair.
Down here we proved that land could be used by both on the same day, reserving some trails and land for each purpose... Not uncommon to see hunters with fishing rods or bicycles with them.
Right on! You just named all the reasons I dont watch Hunting Shows. Lucliky the Great State of Bama gives us liberal bag limits and hunting on Sundays.
As for Kids shooting high fenced trophies, No way! At that age if it is all about the horns, what does their local deer herd have to offer them. Hunting should be about the experience of getting outdoors, Learning how to hunt and realizing big horns are earned not bought.
The same goes for the Dads that want let there kids first deer be anything but a mountable buck. For the love, its the experience, let them have fun. If they enjoy it when they are young they will continue to enjoy it with you when they are old enough to be doing things without you.
Last time We were settin' around BS'n We figured it will cost the NJ sportsman over 400 bucks if He or She purchased every stamp and permit, (inc. clamming,) needed to enjoy hunting and fishing in the Garden State. With an annual income like that You would think a "Sunday Tag" would already be availabe to boost the revenue. Then again, now that I think about it, I probably wouldn't still be married if I could hunt on Sundays!

Box,
You mean you didn't enjoy Jack Brittingham's 12 year old daughter kill a majestic bull buffalo pened up in a cow pasture or his 14 yr old son kill a 190" B&C whitetail ?
The buffalo hunt was quite a stalk , she didn't even get cow poop on her shoes.![]()
