You gave me a good laugh!!! Maybe those bushy tail rats are all cloned from the same one.... Put some sterroids in the acorns and check if it makes a difference!

if you want to see what happens when one does catch the other, try a load of 12ga high brass #6s on the front one, chaser should be able to catch up then LOL. I never really thought about it but I can't remember seeing one be caught by the other either.

How about the delmarva fox squirrels? We have them at our lease and they're a creature all their own for sure. They walk at about 0.1mph and don't hop. No wonder they're endangered, I swear they're part sloth.

I'm gonna start totin my blow gun again. Those screamin little bush assed wood rats have blon far too many hunts for me over the last couple years. Air driven Broadhead may be slow but it does stop the screamin...
![]() I'd like to know why they only piss down the tree onto Deep Deckhand when we don't have the video camera with us? ![]() ![]()

The objective is to chase the one away not actually fight. Once the first one starts to leave the dominance has been established. Either by display or whatever little bit of skirmish they had. Same with most other animals once the pecking order is established. The dominant one doesn't want get hurt anymore than the pansy one that got beat.
In their world a scratched eye or limb sprain can and usually does mean a death sentence so why would they push it once they win/lose?? |
