I just slowed it down and looked close the guy closer to the pig above is using a hand gun... Tough call... I've seen a pig rip a pit bull in half litterally with one hit...
My biggest bounced a 12ga slug off its shoulder at about 35 yards... It ran and I picked up the'06... At about 100 yards I let fly... Pig got pissed and started to charge... Made about half the trip before detouring and piling up. No pass through from an '06... They are tough...
The gristle plates on the shoulder are aromor... Back and low is the place to go to get em inside... I have found a lot of broadheads in their gristle plates over the years. barely past the blade and never got in anywhere important...

Dang, thats crazy. That guy got lucky. A pig will mess you up, but a high power rifle round...
Again, the guy is real lucky.

Man i don't know......

I watched the the vid many times and think that they could have waited for it to by the guy that was falling. But i think they were thinking it was going to attack the guy falling.

I rather take my chances with pig first before bullets start flying in my direction.

I agree, and I don't want pistols anywhere near that situation!

I'm no expert,

but I do hunt hog's and bear with handgun and rifle. I use a 44 mag revolver and a 30/30. Haven't had any get away yet, but I wait for a head shot. They can't take a shot to the "hard drive". As for the video those guy's would be looking for another hunting partner. That's why you don't over crowd a situation, 3's a crowd. You don't know what the other guy will do, if you haven't hunted with him long term. No place for a rookie. Frank
