It's just a little one. Nothing a peanut butter and jelly sandwich wouldn't cure! Frank

I just bought a ten point turbo XLT, wondering if anyone uses a crossbow and what kind of bolts, heads etc.
Thanks,

Banshee, I just bought one this year, Barnett. Barnett has their own brand of bolts and that's what came with it. Mine are 22" with a 4" vane and weigh about 400 grains. I tried several different broad heads and settled on NAP Spitfire 100 gr. 3 blade mechanicals because of the consistant flight. I like Steelforce fixed blade heads in my regular bow but they weren't very consistant out of the crossbow. Probably because the setup, bolt weight/stiffness/weight forward is border-line at best. I have to shoot a 125 gr. field point to hit the same as the 100 gr. Spitfire. First shot at a deer went through both shoulders and stuck in the ground at 25 yrds. Barnett advertises 345 FSP but I have not checked it with a Crony. I read reviews where they may be "fudging" on the advertised speed. Be interested to hear what you find works best for you and yours.
the bear on the ground slapped the azz of the bear on the ladder and sent the bear on the ladder to the top rung. I had to stomp my foot and try to scare it back down. Bears seem to find some of the stands inviting.
