Sit down Shut up And fish
What to do............
50 Cal. CVA, been loaded for 2 years. Has a 100grain of 777 in it and a powerbelt. Its been kept dry in a case in a closet. Shoot it? or pull the bullet. Ive never had to pull one before. Too dangerous to shoot? Gun is in good shape so i'd like to get it back in working order. I'm not to familiar with the CVA's as I shoot a TC Omega.
Not mine, but need to take care of it for a friend. I just told him to give it to me and id take care of it. He's letting me hunt his familys property that hasnt been hunted in years.

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
If its an inline you can take the breach plug out and after the pellets drop out push the bullet out.If not wait until you can fire it off.Best of luck.

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
ive had a 50cva for a while now, only had to undo it once. as said above, just undo the bolt, unscrew where the primer goes in, and the pellets should fall right out, then just push the bullet through.

me llamo SUPER Dave
I third that....if there's a breech plug you can get it out without firing.
I always unload my inline this way instead of firing.

Yep, your gonna need stitches
I also would do like all the above posts.
Be sure to clean the barrel with some good solvent and bore butter the breach plug before you shoot it.
