    Two Days, Three Deer

Kinda late here, but oh well. On the 27th, I took the Benelli whackmaster-slug-o-matic into the stand to see if I could put a little more meat in the freezer. With not one, but two instant kills that afternoon, I had myself the "stack" we all hope for.

Then, on Saturday, the 29th, back into the woods, where yet another set of backstraps met the freezer. Gotta love it when things work out.

Hopefully I can bring some good luck to the participants of the Outdoors Without Limits hunt this weekend.

How do you like the Kawasaki Mule? I'm trying to decide between a Mule or the Bad Boy Buggy.

Yeah dude, as soon as you get one, I will gladly return the favor. Besides, you need the practice.

In my experience, there is absolutely no comparison. I have been on a couple different Bad Boy's, and although they have a good amount of torque on a level surface, once you start heading up a hill they slow to a walking speed, even when riding solo, even when fully charged. Also, for their size the turning radius is huge, close to that of the Mule, which is a much larger unit. The one huge advantage is obviously the quietness of the Bad Boy's, and they are very quiet.

The Mule's are much larger, have much higher payloads, seats four (really five) plus two more in the bed, and the DIESEL engine is sick. So far I have put that thing in some interesting situations and it has gone through or over whatever the obstacle might have been.
