Peeing in the house...I don't think so.

Absolutely not tolerated after a dog is house broken/crate trained as a pup. Speak dog to them, growl at 'em when they try and beg or disobey, claim the nyla bone etc, I have even peed on my old labs food bowl when he tried to lift a leg on the xmas tree. He tried to growl at me once I proceeded to flip him on his back laid all weight on him and put my mouth around his neck screamed at him then bit his ear. No more growling or snapping at me or others ever again.

They don't understand human, but they dang sure understand dog.

Uhhh, I didn't mean in the house He's only done that once and hasn't forgotten the lesson!

Lifting on my shrubs and every mailbox/tree/hydrant/car tire etc. that we pass on walks is what I was referring to.

Housebreaking both dogs was a breeze with the crate. Just don't start with a crate too big...If you buy a big crate to accomodate growth use a divider while they're growing in to it.

Try Deep Run Farms in Faquier County in Virginia. They have great labs and they also have Chesapeakes. They have a long questionare, but they have great dogs.
