THE MATURE DOES WITH NO FAWNS HAVE BEEN SNEAKING AROUND STAYING OUT OF SITE....SO I OPTED OUT TO TUFF IT OUT AND GET DOWN AND DIRTY IN THE SWAMP ITSELF....

I WAS THERE A MERE 30 SECONDS WHEN THEY STEPPED OUT OF THE HARDWOODS FROM CRUSHING ACORNS ALL NITE....

LATER ON THAT DAY I WENT TO THE FAR SIDE OF THE SWAMP (90 YARDS AWAY) AND BUILT A DEER BLIND FROM REEDS ETC WITHIN THE WATER WHICH I WILL FEATURE LATER.....FROM THAT BLIND I CAN SEE 85% OF THE SWAMP PERIMETER AND SMOO DADDY SHOULD FOLLOW THEIR TRACKS AS THEY SEEK MID-MORNING REFUGE THIS COMING WEEK WITH COLD SNAP ARRIVING...

I WILL BE LOCK'D N LOADED

To hunt some of the "serious" swamp's in SC, you oughta. They'll give you a real education about how well they do in the mucky bottom land's. From what I've seen there, when hunting pressure start's that's where they live. Not much can get in there without them knowing it first. Frank

The smart ones are always in the swamp.......Leve it to a professional mate to go out and scout the bait.....no way in hell the big daddy is going to be able to pass up a group of 4 mature does.....good luck and make that shot count.
