The more people that see that there's an effort starting up to remove this bogus law the more of a chance we have to get it passed... Maybe not tomorrow but it will happen with enough support...

not trying to deter you. I am a hunter although i do not do it as much anymore.... just sharing what i know, i have toooooo much va legislative experience.

I know it's out there before we'll get it in... Trust me
Right now, we have to be getting the word to the masses (hopefully more of the "for's" than "against's"! lol) that it's something that's being talked about, that there's interest in it and so on... It's just a bit of a help for exposure.

The sponsor last time caved because of 'pressure' in his local area. Nice huh? It's a long road indeed.


Send me the basic info on the gun and I'll see what I can dig up on it. It is a 2003 book as my newer one is at the farm. It should give you an idea on it anyway.

Virginia can't pass a bill to allow the working man to hunt on Sunday...But when it comes to raising the price on hunting it's not even an issue... Geeezzzz

i have a call into legislative services which draft all VA bills to see if anyone has filed a Sun hunt bill. It is early and the deadline for new bills is still a ways away.

Sounds like this is important to you so you know the history of this issue that comes up every year. i am happy to pass along any info i hear.
