SNOW DUCKS...

REMEMBER, NO OPEN WATER HERE ANYWHERE AND FIVE FEET OF SNOW ON THE GROUND, THERE ARE DUCKS ALL OVER EVERYWHERE, NEVER SAW ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER.WHATS WRONG WITH THESE ANIMALS.

There is a good chance they began their spring migration north and are staging (they kinda screwed up if they did). We had a nice warm spell last weekend and saw several very large groups of geese Waaaaaaay up high that appeared to be migrating. It's not uncommon for Mallards to migrate in very large flocks and start splitting up when they get to Canada.
What's the watermark on the top pic all about?

NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT, TODAY I SAW A LARGE GROUP OF GEESE FLYING VERY HIGH.

THAT PHOTO CAME OUT REALLY STRANGE TO SAY THE LEAST, I WAS LAYING ON THE GROUND RATHER CLOSE TO THE DUCKS SHOOTING DOWN HILL,THATS A FROZE OVER POND IN THE BACK GROUND, THESE ARE THE THINGS I DO WHEN CABIN FEVER SETS IN.
