    Smoke on the water

    Today was one of those days. This morning as the sun came up we starting seeing "smoke" on the water, or at least that what it looks like. Thousands of ducks arrived on the moon and set up shop just off our lease. Cans, Red Heads and Bluebills mostly with a few others thrown in. Ray (Ray Jr. on the board) and I went for a ride to check it out after our hunt and I shot about 70 pictures and some video that I hope to get to soon.
    It was amazing how close we could get to them, not afraid of the boat at all...

    First time Lady (the dog) has ever seen that many birds at one time...

    It was truly a sight to behold LEE ,hopefuly we will get a few in the morning.It looked real good on the lease this afternoon,man if they would open the season later and run it untill around valinetines day we would have some mighty fine gunning.Anyhow we are going to give them hell tommorow,I hope the crowd we got can shoot better than the ''tuesday crowd'' ,42 shots ten ducks.
