If somebody sighted in a rifle at 25 yards, what would that shot look like at 100 yards? High, Low about the same?

At 100yds it should be shooting high as the trajectory should still be rising.
Sea Draggin is correct but the amount is really going to very depending on the round. If you give me the cal of rifle I can give you an approx point of impact.
Regardless, any rifle that you are sighting in at 25m will only be an inch or two higher at 100m.
i believe they were shooting a rem 700 .308 with 150 grain
Good round, one I shoot A LOT! Not the flattest shooting round but it's going to be just about right at 2 inches high depending on which brand of ammo and type of bullet.
I do suggest that you try to find somewhere you can stretch that range out. Ideally, zero the .308 at 200 and you can hold dead center on any animal, whitetail or bigger, and you're golden to about 250. Out to 300 you're still only looking at a drop of less than 8in on average.
Tim
1 1/2 half inch ring height (standard) will put you about 3 inches high at 100 yds if zeroed at 25yds if your rings are higher expect about an increase of 3/4 to 1 1/4 for every additional 1/4 inch of ring height.
I did Tim I just got it yesterday. I appreciate the info on the program Im going to do so some looking at local schools and see whats available. Definately take me up on the offer, if Im still in the Carolinas Ill be glad to help. Pwake definately needs to stretch out the zero at that close of range the bore to scope center angle is too great to be able to accurately or maybe efficiently is a better term use the gun much past 100 yds.
Pwake here are some sites that might help.
